Already Have a Service Contract?
Bring it to us first. We work with most major RV extended service contract and warranty companies. Because every plan has its own rules on covered components, deductibles, parts sourcing, and pre-authorization, the smartest first step is to let us look at your specific contract before any work begins. Call or text us your provider name and we will tell you how your coverage applies here.
We Read the Fine Print
Coverage, deductibles, and required steps vary by provider. We confirm what your plan covers before we start so there are no surprises on your bill.
We Handle Authorization
Most contracts require pre-approval before repairs. We document the failure correctly and work directly with your provider to get the claim authorized.
You Approve the Work
We call before going beyond what your contract authorizes. You always know what is covered, what is not, and what it costs before we turn a wrench.
How a Service Contract Claim Works at D&N
- Bring your RV in. We diagnose the actual failure and identify the parts and labor needed.
- We contact your provider. We submit the diagnosis and request authorization under your specific plan.
- We confirm your coverage with you. You hear what is covered, any deductible, and anything the plan excludes before work begins.
- We complete the approved repair. You get certified work and a clear paper trail for your records.
Looking for Coverage?
If your factory warranty has run out, ask us about a Trouble Free RV® service contract. We will walk you through what it covers and help you decide whether it fits how you use your RV. If your coverage is a Forest River factory warranty instead, we are an authorized service center, see our Forest River warranty page.
Service Contract Questions
Do you accept my RV service contract?
We work with most major RV extended service contract and warranty companies. Because each plan is different, call or text us your provider name and we will confirm how your coverage applies before any work starts.
Is a service contract the same as my factory warranty?
No. A factory warranty comes from the manufacturer and covers defects for a set period. A service contract is separate coverage you buy to help with repairs after that. If you have a Forest River factory warranty, see our Forest River warranty page.
Will my contract cover the whole repair?
That depends on your plan. Most cover specific components and have a deductible, and some require pre-authorization. We confirm exactly what your plan covers and tell you about any out-of-pocket cost before we begin.
What should I do first?
Call (256) 571-9399 or text (256) 998-7956 with your provider name and what is going on with your RV. We will tell you the next step and get you scheduled at our Guntersville shop.
